• At Mindera, we believe that quality is at the heart of every successful product. • We are on the lookout for a talented and experienced QAE Architect to join our dynamic, collaborative team. • In this role, you will play a crucial part in shaping our quality assurance strategy, designing innovative testing frameworks, and ensuring that our products consistently exceed the highest standards of quality. • National and international expected traveling time varies according to project/client and organizational needs: 0%-15% estimated.
Requirements
• Proven experience as a Quality Assurance Engineer or Architect with a focus on automation and testing strategies. • Expertise in designing and implementing automation frameworks, with hands-on experience in writing test scripts. • Strong knowledge of CI/CD practices and tools, particularly GitLab CI or comparable platforms. • Proficiency in JavaScript; familiarity with additional programming languages is a plus. • Hands-on experience in test design and architecture, emphasizing scalable and maintainable testing solutions. • Solid understanding of risk management principles in a QA context, with the ability to optimize test processes effectively. • Experience in team leadership, mentoring, and creating a collaborative team environment. • Excellent communication skills.
