📋 Description
• Mindera is in search of a Senior Solutions Architect to join our dynamic team. • In this strategic role, you will lead the design and implementation of advanced solutions that drive our client's technology evolution. • You will be instrumental in crafting scalable and secure architectures that meet complex business needs while ensuring high performance and reliability. • The ideal candidate will have substantial experience with software architecture, cloud platforms, particularly Azure, as well as a thorough understanding of Java. • This position requires collaboration with cross-functional teams, technical leadership, and a keen focus on transforming business objectives into technical solutions. • You will guide the architectural vision and be a key player in stakeholder engagement.
🎯 Requirements
• Lead architectural initiatives that align with business goals and drive technological advancements. • Design and oversee the implementation of solutions for cloud migration, primarily using Azure. • Establish and enforce architectural best practices, design patterns, and governance protocols. • Conduct assessments and provide recommendations for system improvements and modernization efforts. • Collaborate closely with development teams to ensure seamless integration of systems and solutions. • Conduct risk assessments to identify vulnerabilities and ensure compliance with industry standards. • Develop technical documentation, including architectural diagrams and design documents, to guide development and deployment. • Provide mentorship and guidance to junior architects and developers, fostering a culture of continuous learning. • Proficiency in English • Proven experience as a Solutions Architect having worked in large scale / complex enterprise programs • In-depth knowledge of cloud architectures (ideally Azure) services and technologies. • Strong understanding of software engineering principles • Strong understanding of main types of software architecture (e.g. micro-services, event-driven, service oriented) and able to analyse its applicability and perform trade-offs • Hands-on experience with security models, including best practices for secure design. • Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to present complex ideas clearly. • Experience in performance tuning, optimization, and troubleshooting of data-intensive applications. • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple priorities and projects.
