Description

• We are seeking a dynamic and passionate Lead Software Engineer to join our team and support the development of ClearTrack and RTI Edge products. • In this role, your expertise will assist with the design, testing, and implementation of these products. • You will also serve as a technical mentor, guiding a talented group of engineers and fostering their growth through feedback and coaching. • Your expertise will be vital in exploring new technologies, resolving complex bugs, and ensuring our systems and platforms operate flawlessly. • The ideal candidate for this role is highly skilled in software engineering and has a strong ability to troubleshoot and solve complex technical issues. • Excellent communication skills are essential, as you will be working closely with team members and stakeholders. • Additionally, you should have a proven track record of leading successful projects and mentoring other engineers.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or a related field • Five to 10+ years of extensive software development experience in Progress OpenEdge V11/12 using GUI and WebSpeed, OE Studio, PASOE • Experience with cloud providers (AWS). • Experience building Web Applications using HTML5, CSS, JavaScript • Extensive knowledge of OE database design, performance optimization, and troubleshooting. • Knowledge of SQL or Oracle a plus • Knowledge of C and/or C++ a plus
