• Mindoula is a next generation population health management company supporting complex behavioral health populations. • The Vice President of Product Management will champion a customer-back approach to product management. • Responsibilities include product strategy, execution, team development, and ensuring compliant product delivery.
🎯 Requirements
• A graduate level degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent work experience) is required. • Proven track record using modern product management frameworks to deliver high-impact software products, in healthcare or a regulated industry. • Familiarity with data analytics, AI/ML, and user-centered design. • Ability to operate in a rapidly changing environment while considering new and untested approaches. • Exceptional interpersonal, collaboration, and organizational skills. • Excellent written and verbal communication skills. • Demonstrated ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences and vice versa.
