Description
• Licensed Therapists (LPC, LCSW, LMFT) for Substance Use Disorder Program. • Remotely serve substance exposed members in Missouri. • Work within a family-focused culture. • Provide biopsychosocial assessments, individual and group therapy. • Develop care plans, document assessments, and referrals. • Collaborate with healthcare providers and participate in team meetings.
Requirements
• LCSW, LMFT, LPC, in Missouri. • Preferred experience with substance abuse population. • Background in maternal; substance abuse preferred. • Experience with adults and adolescents. • Familiarity with Medicare and Medicaid procedures. • Remote Work Experience.
