Description
• Annotation: Label data to support many usages, from model improvements to evaluation. • Data Quality Assurance: Ensure the accuracy and reliability of customer-facing data, both input and output. • Error Analysis: Conduct thorough error analysis to validate model results, identify anomalies, and suggest areas for improvement. • Data Analysis: Work with our G2M team to answer customer-related questions • System Operation: Manage and operate internal data systems to ensure that all customer deliverables are met on time and to the highest quality standards. • Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for system enhancements and collaborate with the data science team to elevate model performance.
Requirements
• Fluent in written and spoken English at a professional level. • 2 years’ experience in data labeling, error analysis, and quality control. • Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently while maintaining accuracy and efficiency. • Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate across global teams. • Experience using Excel/Google sheets • SQL • Familiarity with NLP labeling or AI model development
