• Assist in sourcing and identifying potential candidates for various technical roles across Latin America. • Conduct initial resume screenings and coordinate interviews with the recruiting team. • Maintain an organized candidate tracking system and update recruitment metrics. • Collaborate with the recruiting team to identify innovative sourcing strategies. • Support employer branding initiatives by engaging candidates through social media and online platforms. • Conduct reference checks and support with candidate communications throughout the hiring process. • Gather and analyze data to help improve recruitment processes and candidate experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field (or equivalent experience). • 1+ year of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition, preferably within the tech industry. • Familiarity with ATS software and LinkedIn is a plus. • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Spanish. • Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. • Eager to learn, with a proactive and positive approach to work.
