Description

• Oversee the successful integration of augmented staff into client projects. • Work closely with clients to understand their staffing needs. • Conduct regular performance reviews of augmented staff. • Establish and maintain strong client relationships. • Effectively allocate augmented staff to client projects. • Identify potential risks associated with staff augmentation projects. • Address any challenges that may arise during projects.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. • Fluency in English is mandatory. • At least 5+ years of experience managing software development projects. • Experience managing projects using Agile and Waterfall methodologies. • Strong leadership and team management skills. • Excellent written and verbal communication skills. • Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud. • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build relationships with cross-functional teams and stakeholders. • Document and communicate technical issues and solutions to team members and stakeholders. • Contribute to the development of software development plans and project schedules. • Experience mentor and provide technical guidance to junior and mid-level developers. • Collaborate with other team members to identify and solve technical issues. • Manage technical risks and issues. • Experience in managing budgets and financials for projects.
