• Experience: Previous experience in UX research or related fields, with a strong track record in customer-facing roles, engaging directly with clients to understand their needs and goals. • Client Communication: Exceptional verbal communication and presentation skills, adept at explaining research results in an accessible way. • Research Expertise: Strong working knowledge of consumer experience research, qualitative and quantitative data analysis, as well as research methodologies, with a track record of generating insights from diverse data types. • Clear and Compelling Writing: Demonstrated ability to produce clear, concise, and compelling research reports and content. • Data Synthesis: Skilled in integrating and synthesizing data from multiple sources and in the ability to derive common themes, in order to draw comprehensive insights. • Advanced English proficiency
