• Collaborate with operations team to understand user needs and create solutions • Support customers in designing studies that answer critical research questions • Monitor progress for timely delivery of survey launches • Troubleshoot issues and implement changes as necessary
• 2+ years of mixed-method research experience, preferably in the digital space • Knowledge and experience across a range of research methodologies, including usability studies, interviews, and surveys • Understanding of quantitative methodologies including survey design and analysis • Proficiency with building surveys on Qualtrics, creator screener questions for specific audience targeting • Proficiency with hubspot service hub or similar tools such as Zen Desk. • Experience with Userlytics and Figma preferred but not required
