• Have proven Experience: 7+ years crafting compelling copy and content strategies in digital product companies, agencies, or tech startups, with a strong portfolio in UX writing and digital storytelling. • Obtain coaching skills: Bring other content designers to the next level. • Own global Audience Focus: Expertise in designing content for diverse, global audiences, adapting messaging to cultural nuances. • Have enterprise Product Expertise: Experience in writing for a professional audience, engaging users through concise and impactful messaging. • Acquire strategic Content Creation: Skill in strategically planning content roadmaps and developing test plans to optimize content strategies using data-driven insights. • Collaboration and Tool Proficiency: Proficiency with key design and collaboration tools (e.g., Google Suite, Figma, Notion), and effective teamwork in multidisciplinary environments. • Get hold of leadership and Advocacy: Strong presentation skills, capable of articulating copy decisions and advocating for content choices that enhance product value and user engagement.
• Mentor, and inspire a team of UX writers, fostering collaboration, professional development, and a commitment to excellence. • Develop and execute a cohesive UX writing strategy that aligns with the company's design principles and enhances the overall user experience. • Oversee the development of exceptional UX copy, including microcopy, interface elements, error messages, tooltips, help content, and onboarding flows. • Define, maintain, and evolve the company's UX writing style guide & Content Design System, ensuring consistent terminology and a seamless user experience across all products. • Partner closely with product managers, UX designers, researchers, and engineers to craft user-centered content solutions throughout the product development lifecycle. • Analyze user research, feedback, and analytics to identify areas for content improvement and drive continuous optimization. • Champion the role of UX writing within the organization, educating stakeholders on its value and impact on user experience.
