• The Executive Vice President (EVP) of Strategy and Administration drives institutional strategy and manages core administrative functions that enable the university's mission. • This senior executive position oversees seven critical domains: Strategy and Planning, Admissions, Enrollment and Financial Aid, Finance, Human Resources, Information Technology, and Contracts/Legal/Risk. • This leader ensures operational excellence while positioning the institution for long-term success through strategic leadership and administrative innovation.
🎯 Requirements
• Master's degree required (MBA, MPA, or equivalent); terminal degree (JD, EdD) preferred • Advanced training in strategic planning and finance required • Professional certifications in relevant areas (e.g., CPA, SHRM-SCP) valued but not required • Minimum of 15 years of progressively responsible leadership experience, with at least 8 years at a senior administrative level • Significant experience in higher education administration is strongly preferred • Demonstrated success in strategic planning and execution at an institutional level • Proven track record in financial management and resource optimization • Extensive experience in change management and organizational transformation
