📋 Description
• Luxor is building Luxor Cloud, a next-generation cloud infrastructure platform designed to provide scalable services to customer. • As part of our mission to deliver high-performance cloud offerings, we're seeking a talented Software Developer to work closely with our Data Center Engineer and KVM Engineer to design, optimize, or even build a custom Software-Defined Networking (SDN) solution tailored to our infrastructure needs. • This role offers a unique opportunity to work on complex networking challenges, from integrating existing SDN solutions to architecting new systems that will serve as the backbone of Luxor Cloud’s networking stack.
🎯 Requirements
• Strong proficiency in C, C++, or Rust for developing high-performance, low-latency networking applications. • Deep understanding of networking protocols such as: VLAN, VXLAN, BGP, EVPN, MPLS, and IPsec. • Control plane and data plane separation in SDN architectures. • Hands-on experience with SDN technologies like: Open vSwitch (OVS), Snabb, ZeroTier, and SONiC. • Solid knowledge of Linux networking stack, including: iptables, nftables, netfilter, and kernel-level networking modules. • Familiarity with network performance tuning and high-speed packet processing techniques. • Strong background in network security protocols and best practices. • English language proficiency.
