📋 Description
• Participer aux réunions de conception avec l’équipe (6 développeurs), son Product Manager, et les équipes UX/UI • Développer, tester, mettre en production (continuous delivery) • Faire des codes-reviews, du pair programming • Monitorer et débugger les problèmes de production (you build it you run it!) • Participer au Stand-up tous les matins, aux Sprint Review et aux rétros • Participer chaque trimestre à l’élaboration de la prochaine roadmap labs • Accompagner, mentorer et partager votre expertise auprès des développeurs plus juniors de la squad • Suivre à posteriori les features développées : cycle business de la feature, taux d’adoption
🎯 Requirements
• Vous avez au minimum 4 ans d'expérience avec Java et Spring, et comprenez les enjeux du web • Vous aimez le “clean” code de qualité • Vous souhaitez travailler dans un environnement dynamique, challengeant et enrichissant • Vous souhaitez apprendre et perfectionner votre savoir-faire • Vous parlez un anglais professionnel
