Description

•Work with the sales organization to demonstrate to Clients how Mirantis’ vision can solve challenges. •Discover and qualify business alignment and technical fit. •Define and document customer business drivers, problem statements, and technical requirements. •Participate in creation of workshops, presentation materials, and services strategy. •Develop strategic solution proposals collaboratively with Sales, Product and Services. •Establish relationships as a trusted advisor with clients and prospects. •Own the delivery of services for selected strategic Clients. •Contribute to design for new product and service solutions based on customer interaction.

Requirements

•5+ years experience in a Client-facing role as a consultant, architect, sales engineer, or similar. •High School diploma or equivalent required, four year college degree preferred. •Experience working with senior leadership, especially IT and engineering leadership. •Hands-on proficiency with Linux, OpenStack VMware, Kubernetes, and related infrastructure products and projects. •Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including public speaking and demonstrations. •Ability to be productive in a globally-distributed team. •Ability to travel up to 50%.
