• Ensure 500+ affiliate partners are engaged and promoting Mira Safety. • Recruit and onboard affiliates across 3 programs. • Serve as primary point of contact for affiliates, managing relationships. • Collaborate with Sales/ Marketing teams to align strategies. • Analyze performance and market trends to identify opportunities. • Conduct performance reviews and provide regular updates to internal teams. • Act as point of contact for resolving issues between affiliates and internal teams. • Stay current on industry trends and represent the company at events.
• 2+ years of affiliate marketing, account management, business development, or B2B sales. • Experience in managing and growing a partner network or social channels, with a track record of achieving sales targets and business objectives with 1MM+ annual quota. • Experience with CRM software. • Willingness to travel as needed to meet with partners and attend industry events. • Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field; MBA preferred OR 4 years of relevant experience in lieu of a college degree.
