• Mission Lane is revolutionizing access to credit. • At Mission Lane, our analysts work on initiatives that touch all facets of the business and have the opportunity to work on different teams within the organization as their careers develop. • The Credit Team is responsible for matching prospective customers with the right product terms. • As an Underwriting Innovation Lead you will create a strategy to evaluate and onboard alternate sources of data.
🎯 Requirements
• Proven ability to problem solve end-to-end: from framing the question and forming a hypothesis, to analyzing the data, to communicating and debating the answer with other stakeholders • Comfortable working with white space problems that require strategic thinking and structuring into smaller workable pieces • Familiarity with SQL, python, or other tools for data analysis • 7+ years of experience in a highly analytical role • Bachelor’s or Masters in Economics, Finance, Engineering, Mathematics, or similar quantitative field with record of strong academic performance
