• Lead UX and product design at Mistplay in close collaboration with Product, Engineering, Data, Marketing, and Operations • Grow and nurture a team of high-performing Design professionals • Establish and develop UX research practice • Set goals and KPIs for the team, facilitate communication and collaboration • Develop a deep understanding of users' needs, new technologies, market trends, and competitors

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in UX and Product Design • 5+ years of managing Designers and UX research professionals • Experience in shipping successful consumer mobile products • Strong communication and decision-making skills • Creative problem solver • Data-driven analysis and evaluation • Proficiency in design software like Sketch, Figma, Adobe Creative Suite • Experience in mobile games is a plus
