📋 Description

• As a member of the Service Delivery Team, handle client inquiries from various departments • Ensure prompt and effective communication and develop business relationships • Onboard and guide external stakeholders throughout the entire client journey • Serve as the first point of contact for inquiries from various teams • Respond to client inquiries in a timely and professional manner • Accurately gather and document necessary information from clients • Maintain detailed records of client interactions in Mitacs’s CRM system • Work closely with other departments to relay client feedback • Assist clients in providing information on services and updates • Guide external stakeholders through the application process and systems • Ensure data integrity for interactions and stakeholder accounts • Support the organization to ensure relationship continuity with clients

🎯 Requirements

• A minimum of 1-3 years of experience in customer service, customer support, or customer experience • High attention to detail and accuracy in information gathering and documentation • Advanced working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook • Experience working with any CRM and ERP • Experience working in a multi-departmental corporate environment • Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment • Strong problem-solving abilities and proactive approach to client support • Must be results-oriented, positive, and team-oriented mindset • Must possess excellent verbal and written communication skills • Flexibility and adaptability to changing priorities
