Requirements

•Track record of successful people management and employee relations experience •Strong writing and project planning skills •Deep employee relations, compensation/benefits and staff development experience •Excellent interpersonal influence and communication skills •Strong analytical, problem solving, project management and consultative approach to work •Proven ability to work cross-functionally to accomplish objectives and successfully manage multiple stakeholders. •CIPD HR certification, Bachelor’s degree in a related field, or the equivalent skills and knowledge gained through progressive experience in the field of HR •Fluency of knowledge of HRIS systems usage
