Description

• Support the treasury function focusing on treasury analytics, covenant reporting, and borrowing base reporting. • Monitor and analyze financial data, ensuring compliance with loan agreements. • Prepare detailed reports. • Monitor financial covenants and other requirements as stipulated in loan agreements. • Analyze financial data to ensure compliance with covenant terms. • Calculate and report on borrowing base availability. • Prepare detailed borrowing base certificates and ensure timely submission to lenders. • Document treasury processes including cash management, borrowing base calculations, and risk management procedures. • Ensure compliance with internal controls, company policies, and external regulations. • Develop and maintain financial models to support cash flow forecasting and liquidity management. • Liaise with banks and financial institutions to manage accounts, fees, and services.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree; Master’s degree and/or relevant professional certification (e.g., CTP, CFA, CPA) is a plus. • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a treasury or finance-related role. • Experience with covenant compliance, borrowing base reporting, and financial analysis. • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. • Proficiency in financial modeling and analysis. • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). • Familiarity with treasury management systems and financial software is preferred. • Strong analytical, communication and presentation skills
