• At Mitratech, we are a team of technocrats focused on building world-class products that simplify operations in the Legal, Risk, Compliance, and HR functions of Fortune 100 companies. • Given our continued growth, we always have room for more intellect, energy, and enthusiasm - join our global team and see why it's so special to be a part of Mitratech! • Mitratech is seeking an Associate Product Manager to join our team who will be asked to draw upon Agile development knowledge and project management skills to increase the effectiveness of product development execution and drive scale and efficiency with internal partners. • Working with our team requires a unique blend of business acumen and technical skills demonstrated through the ability to articulate well to developers and just as easily to executives. • You will partner with other Product Managers, Technical Product Owners, and UXUI to understand, communicate and implement the product priorities across projects assigned to your team.

🎯 Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience as a business analyst, project manager, partner or customer advisory role, or similar experience • Experience/Familiarity with Agile methodologies • Strong research, analytical, and problem-solving skills with an emphasis on user-centered discovery • Comfortable communicating to internal and external stakeholders at various levels • Familiar with common development and collaboration tools such as JIRA, Confluence, SharePoint and Productboard (not mandatory) • Knowledge of methodologies for prioritization • Strong project management skills; document, socialize & archive product artifacts • Familiarity with platform product strategy, packaging & development execution (not mandatory) • Ability to conceptualize, visualize and articulate product ideas • Have excellent communication, facilitation, presentation, interpersonal, and analytical skills. • Proven ability to execute multiple deliverables concurrently with strong attention to detail • Proactive, self-motivated and demonstrated ability to work independently with minimal guidance • Prior experience or background with human resources departments (not mandatory)
