📋 Description
• Mixbook is the #1 rated photo book service in the US, empowering over 6 million people to design and share their one-of-a-kind stories. • We’re looking for a Senior Analytics Engineer to help rebuild and scale our analytics foundation. • The role involves modeling clean, reliable data in dbt and transforming it into Looker dashboards. • You’ll maintain accurate and scalable executive-level dashboards and establish uniform definitions for key metrics.
🎯 Requirements
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a quantitative field (eg, Computer Science, Engineering, Statistics, Economics, Finance, Mathematics). • 4+ years of proven experience in Analytics or Data Engineering. • Expert proficiency in SQL and LookML - you’ve built and optimized complex data models in Looker. • Proven track record with dbt - delivering modular, tested transformations for analytics. • Experience with Business Intelligence tools (e.g., Looker, Tableau) and an ability to design intuitive, user-friendly data visualizations. • Success in fast-paced, high-growth environments. • Comfortable introducing new analytic techniques and driving their adoption across teams.
