📋 Description
• Mixbook is seeking a Senior UX Designer to join our fun and growing world-class product design team. • As a Senior UX Designer reporting directly to our Director of Product Design, you will lead the design of impactful and engaging experiences across desktop, mobile web, and native applications. • Your focus will be on crafting user journeys that drive conversion, increase retention, and delight customers at every touchpoint.
🎯 Requirements
• 4+ years of experience in design research, hypothesis development, prototyping + testing • 4+ years of experience in UX design building wireframes, low- and high-fidelity prototypes, and other mockups • Strong analytical skills • Leadership experience required with proven expertise in UX design and research fields • Fluency in industry tools such as Figma, UserTesting.com.
