Description
• Reporting to a Sr. Director, Global Trade Compliance; • Subject matter expert in regional regulatory interpretation; • Serve as the Regional Trade Compliance Council lead and Regional Site Export Coordinator; • Develop and implement trade compliance training and communication content; • Provide real-time business assistance in key compliance areas; • Liaise with governmental agencies in region; • Utilize in-depth knowledge of export and Customs regulations;
Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in international business, law, or a related field; • 4+ years of relevant experience; • Extensive knowledge of international trade laws and regulations, particularly within key regional markets for APAC -- China, Japan, Malaysia, Singapore, South Korea, Taiwan, Vietnam • Experience with developing and managing trade compliance programs / Experience working with government enforcement authorities;
