•The Talent Placement and Program Operations team plays a pivotal role in supporting fellows, alumni, and corporate partners. •The Director, Talent Placement and Program Operations manages the partner pipeline strategy for recruitment efforts. •This leader collaborates with the partnerships team, curates suitable candidates, and facilitates impactful placements.
•Bachelor's degree required. Master's degree preferred. •Minimum of 10 years experience in project management and with a track record of successful execution within cross-functional teams and/or a matrix organization •Experience in corporate recruitment across entry level and experienced roles a plus •Ability to manage multiple work streams simultaneously and prioritize tasks to achieve goals in a timely manner •Proven track record of leading strategic initiatives to achieve organizational outcomes •Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with exhibited ability to use data in decision-making •Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment •Ability to build relationships and lead without authority to achieve shared goals •Ability to work with key stakeholders, including senior leaders, in a cross-functional environment •Excellent presentation, communication (oral and written), and interpersonal skills
