• Lead the implementation of Agile methodologies and facilitate collaboration within the team. • Prioritize requirements and guide the team through sprint planning and backlog grooming. • Foster continuous improvement and coordinate cross-functional teams. • Identify and address obstacles, ensuring successful delivery of high-quality applications. • Promote collaboration, efficiency, and adherence to technology standards.

Requirements

• Facilitate the implementation and adherence to Agile methodologies within the team. • Guide the team through sprint planning, backlog grooming, and other Agile ceremonies. • Guiding the team in adopting agile data practices, such as iterative data modeling and continuous data integration. • Facilitating retrospectives and feedback mechanisms to identify areas for improvement in data-related processes. • Facilitating data-related Scrum events, such as Data Sprint Planning, Data Stand-ups, Data Reviews, and Data Retrospectives • Remove obstacles and blockers that hinder the team's progress. • Foster effective communication and collaboration among team members. • Ensure the team has a clear understanding of project goals and priorities. • Coach and mentor team members on Agile principles and practices. • Promote a culture of continuous improvement and learning within the team. • Act as a servant leader, supporting the team's needs and facilitating their success. • Facilitate decision-making and conflict resolution within the team. • Monitor and track project progress, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality work. • Act as a liaison between the team and stakeholders, managing expectations and providing updates. • Advocate for the team's needs and ensure a productive and positive work environment. • Continuously assess and improve team processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
