• Develop and execute outbound sales for B2C customer acquisition and retention in the global gambling industry • Foster strong connections with gaming brands/operators/CRMs on a global scale • Plan and implement effective outbound sales strategies, ensuring seamless communication across diverse channels worldwide • Oversee day-to-day operations in key markets, with a focus on pivotal regions • Design and monitor competitive pricing structures, evaluating clients success in engaging customers globally • Monitor competitor behavior to enhance product and campaign strategies on a global scale • Identify and capitalize on ad-hoc campaign opportunities based on real-time changes in customer situations across regions • Evaluate and enhance new features in the global retention marketing/communication products for gaming industry.

Requirements

• In-depth understanding of the gambling industry • Proven experience in outbound sales • Familiarity with multiple B2C gaming brands/operators/CRMs • Expertise in tracking campaign metrics across channels • Project management and problem-solving skills • Proficiency in relevant tools, systems and technologies • Ability to work under tight deadlines and pressure • Strong initiative, detail-oriented, and organiszed • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and additional languages.
