• This is a remote position. • We are seeking a highly motivated and proactive Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our team and drive the growth of our cloud services. • As an SDR for cloud services, you will play a critical role in generating new business opportunities and establishing relationships with potential customers. • If you are passionate about cloud technology, possess exceptional communication skills, and thrive in a fast-paced sales environment, this is an exciting opportunity to be at the forefront of our cloud services expansion. • Responsibilities: • Prospecting and Lead Generation: Conduct targeted research to identify and prospect potential customers who can benefit from our cloud services. • Outreach and Engagement: Initiate contact with leads through various channels, including cold calling, email campaigns, social media, and personalized messaging. • Qualification and Discovery: Conduct thorough qualification of leads to ensure alignment with our ideal customer profile. • Appointment Setting: Collaborate with Account Executives to schedule and coordinate discovery meetings, demos, and presentations for qualified prospects. • Relationship Building: Build and nurture relationships with prospects through regular follow-ups and timely response to inquiries. • Collaboration and Feedback: Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to share market intelligence, customer feedback, and insights gained from interactions with prospects. • Sales Administration: Accurately track and update all prospect interactions and activities in the CRM system.
• Prior experience as an SDR or in a similar sales role, preferably within the cloud services industry or technology sector. • Strong knowledge and understanding of cloud services, including Infrastructure-as-a-Service (IaaS), Platform-as-a-Service (PaaS), and Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) offerings. • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage prospects through various channels and effectively convey complex technical concepts in a clear and concise manner. • Proven track record of generating leads, qualifying prospects, and scheduling appointments for the sales team. • Self-motivated and results-driven, with a relentless focus on achieving targets and exceeding expectations. • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines simultaneously. • Familiarity with CRM systems and sales tools to manage prospecting activities and track progress. • Strong team player with the ability to collaborate and communicate effectively with cross-functional teams.
