Description

• Managing e-commerce projects of US and Canadian clients • Technical guidance of internal project staff • Supervision and coordination of external partners • Ongoing interaction with clients and reporting to management • Acting as communication interface between all project-relevant parties • Preparation of project plans, briefings, requirement documentation, and functional specifications • Success measurement of implemented tasks and derivation of optimization steps • Preparation and execution of project-related workshops

Requirements

• University degree or comparable education in economics or IT • Several years of practical experience in leading project teams and working with clients • Excellent communication skills and quick grasp of concepts • Practical experience with various project management methods (e.g. Scrum, Kanban) • Excellent knowledge of documentation and project management tools in agile environments such as Confluence and Jira • Quick comprehension and a well-structured, goal-oriented approach to work • Independence and flexibility • Fluent English skills (German beneficial) • Willingness to go on occasional business trips within Europe and the United States
