Description

• As a QA Engineer, you play a crucial role in ensuring the quality and reliability of our e-commerce solutions built on platforms like Salesforce Commerce Cloud, SCAYLE by About You, and Shopify Plus. • Conduct thorough QA testing to ensure that our e-commerce solutions meet client requirements and specifications. • Verify that the design implementation aligns with provided designs, including consistent rendering on various browsers, resolutions, and devices. • Perform visual tests to confirm that all design elements are present and correctly styled, focusing on elements like fonts, colors, spacings, and interactive components. • Work collaboratively with development and product teams to comprehend and interpret feature specifications, ensuring that they meet the highest standards of testability, quality, and performance. • Develop and execute test cases based on provided specifications, covering various scenarios and use cases. • Document and report identified bugs with clear, concise, and comprehensive information. • Proactively seek solutions and propose optimizations to enhance the quality of our e-commerce solutions.

Requirements

• Strong knowledge of testing methodologies, testing tools, and best practices. • Familiarity with manual and automated testing processes. • Proficiency in test case design, test plan creation, and test script development. • Experience with bug tracking and test management tools. • Strong attention to detail and an ability to identify and document issues accurately. • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. • Effective communication and teamwork skills for collaborating with development and product teams. • Understanding of different testing types, including regression testing, usability testing, and performance testing. • Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and meet project deadlines.
