Description
• Perform additions and modifications to communications, collaboration tools, and applications. • Conduct investigation, analysis, recommendation, configuration, installation, and testing of new hardware and software to meet requirements. • Provide direct support for daily operations of communications and collaboration tools. • Evaluate system utilization, monitor response times, and detect and correct operational problems. • Utilize knowledge of hardware and software installation and maintenance in a services environment. • Plan, analyze, design, develop, document, test, and administer cybersecurity systems, processes, and procedures. • Support infrastructure, capabilities, and programs.
Requirements
• 2 years of related work experience • 2 years of related work experience OR 2 years of college education • Must be on EST or CST
