• Own and optimize growth metrics, delivering impactful initiatives that align with our product-led growth strategy. • Analyze funnel stages to identify key drop-off points and new opportunities for growth; size opportunities to make sure we’re focusing on the most impactful experiments, whether they’re focused on acquisition, conversion, adoption, or retention. • Conduct experiments to validate ideas, then evaluate whether to roll out changes to our user base depending on the outcome. • Design, set up, and optimize our lead scoring, management, and nurturing flow. • Implement and analyze experiments across the user journey to enhance product usage and user behavior. • Analyze data, gain deep insights into user needs and behaviors, and identify new growth opportunities.
• Minimum 2+ years of experience in a Growth Marketing role with proven success in executing acquisition strategies across a variety of growth marketing channels, leveraging scrappy and creative strategies. • Experience using analytics tools for new data insights and validating the effectiveness of launched initiatives. • You have a proven track record of driving meaningful results across the user journey, from user acquisition to retention. • Lots of hustle and willingness to learn new things. • Ability to move fast, iterate quickly and juggle multiple threads. • You thrive in ambiguity and create processes and repeatable motions. • You learn from data but also can create from scratch.
