📋 Description

• Lead the end-to-end design process for new features and product enhancements, from initial concept to final implementation. • Conduct user research, usability testing, and gather feedback to inform design decisions and iterate on existing features. • Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs to communicate design concepts and interactions effectively. • Collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure the seamless integration of design solutions. • Advocate for user-centered design principles, ensuring that the needs and preferences of teenage users are at the forefront of the design process. • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in product design and user experience to continuously improve Modak's design standards. • Mentor and provide guidance to other designers, fostering a collaborative and innovative design culture within the organization.

🎯 Requirements

• Experience working as a product designer, with a strong portfolio showcasing your expertise in user interface and visual design. • Experience designing for mobile platforms (iOS and Android) and responsive web applications. • Proficiency in design and prototyping in Figma. • Strong understanding of user-centered design principles, usability, and accessibility standards. • Ability to conduct user research, gather insights, and translate them into meaningful design solutions. • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to effectively present and articulate design decisions to cross-functional teams. • Bonus Qualifications: Proficient in the use of no-code tools like Webflow. • Familiarity with gamification and behavioral psychology principles to drive engagement and motivation among teenage users. • Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and front-end development principles to facilitate collaboration with engineers. • Experience with motion design and animation to enhance user interactions and animations.
