•5+ years leading the product function, preferably in early-stage startups or spin-offs •Strong background in crypto and blockchain technologies •Experience launching and scaling mobile applications •Solid understanding of crypto-economics and market dynamics to guide product decisions that enhance token value and user engagement. •Ability to wear multiple hats and thrive in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment •Strong analytical and problem-solving skills •Excellent communication and leadership abilities •Exceptional organizational and analytical skills. •Entrepreneurial mindset with a bias for action •Experience collaborating with multiple stakeholders and cross-functional disciplines. •Experience utilizing data analysis tools: Dune, Mixpanel, and Google Spreadsheets. •Strong use of analytics, user research, and business cases to drive decisions and improve products. •Strong understanding of system design.
