Description

• Spend 75% of your day making outbound phone calls to our target advisors • Add 10+ new sales-qualified leads per week through creative outbound prospecting • Leverage sales tools such as Hubspot and LinkedIn Sales Navigator to maximize effectiveness • Achieve and exceed weekly/monthly metrics • Participate in daily team huddles to celebrate wins and share goals • Shape, iterate, and scale our sales practices - taking initiative to improve the team’s practices, tools, and content • Help foster a culture of collaboration, ownership, and innovation across the team

Requirements

• 1-2 years of experience in an outbound sales role- experience financial services or insurance is preferred. • Have the ability to think on your feet in a conversation and answer unexpected questions with ease • Demonstrate empathy for Financial Advisors’ challenges • Intellectually curious • Willingness to work in a fast-paced environment • Highly organized and able to adapt to changing priorities

Benefits

• Base salary range for this role is $45,000 to $55,000 and OTE is $55,000 to $70,000 annually
