Description

• Responsible for translating opportunities into project tasks, milestones, and deliverables. • Manage day-to-day problem-solving, and serve as a key liaison between shared services and leadership. • Conducts research and analysis on specific issues and transformation initiatives. • Develops and implements strategies to address identified issues and opportunities. • Builds strong relationships with stakeholders and influences decision-making. • Monitors and evaluates outcomes of initiatives ensuring alignment with organizational goals.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, Engineering, Computer Science, or Analytics required. • Seven (7) plus years of related experience. • Previous teaching or public speaking experience is preferred. • Experience leading and managing in complex business environments. • A background in healthcare management consulting is preferred, but not required. • PMP or Six Sigma certifications is preferred, but not required. • Or equivalent combination of education and/or experience. • Excellent analytical skills and the confidence to translate complex data into meaningful insights with a demonstrated aptitude for quantitative and qualitative analysis. • Superior communication skills, including strong presentation skills, and the ability to build consensus at all levels. • Experience building and communicating through PowerPoint to varying levels of management and leadership is preferred. • Ability to synthesize approaches to complex integration/divestiture conflicts. • Excellent negotiation and influencing skills, and the ability to develop long-lasting relationships both internally and externally. • Proficient in Microsoft suite, Tableau, PowerBI, Miro, and/or other analytical and collaborative technologies. • Must be able to work independently and as a member of a team.
