Description

• Responsible for guiding the success of a product and leading the cross-functional team. • Set a product vision and strategy, defining a product roadmap. • Ensure product supports the company’s overall strategy and goals. • Own accountability for the overall team and product success. • Defines business value & OKRs (Objectives & Key Results). • Leads cross-functional collaboration across departments such as marketing, sales, and customer support. • Analyzes performance data to make informed decisions about product enhancements. • Maintains deep understanding of competitive landscape and target market needs. • Supports release planning timing, coordination, change impact assessment, communication, and training. • Identify risks that could impact product's market fit, customer satisfaction, and competitive advantage.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required. • Seven (7) plus years product management, consumer, or enterprise-level product management. • Experience with JIRA, Confluence, Figma, AHA, Amplitude and/or Tableau tools required. • Healthcare experience preferred. • Scrum/Agile certification preferred. • Strong analytical skills and passion for analyzing products, competitors, and market dynamics. • Comprehensive understanding of the marketing and product planning process. • Excellent collaboration and interpersonal skills to work with internal and external stakeholders. • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills. • Ability to work effectively with geographically distributed teams. • Proficiency in Microsoft Office packages is required.
