Description

• Responsible for guiding the success of a product and leading the cross-functional team. • Set product vision and strategy, define product roadmap, and ensure revenue and customer satisfaction goals. • Utilize data analytics tools to analyze product performance and user behavior. • Communicate regularly with stakeholders, gather feedback, and incorporate it into the product roadmap. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement strategies to improve product performance.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required. • Seven (7) plus years product management, consumer, or enterprise-level product management. • Experience with JIRA, Confluence, Figma, AHA, Amplitude and/or Tableau tools required. • Healthcare experience preferred. • Scrum/Agile certification preferred. • Or equivalent combination of education and/or experience. • Strong analytical skills and passion for analyzing products, competitors, and market dynamics. • Excellent collaboration and interpersonal skills to work with internal and external stakeholders. • Proven ability manage product functionality prioritization and handle complex problems with minimal supervision. • Metrics-oriented and customer focused, with presentation skills across stakeholder group across executive team, business leadership and product development teams. • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills. • Ability to work effectively with geographically distributed teams. • Proficiency in Microsoft Office packages is required.
