• Modo Labs is seeking an experienced Product Manager! • You will own critical product initiatives, including data and analytics solutions. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define strategy, drive development, and ensure successful launches. • Define and communicate the product vision, strategy, and roadmap that align with market trends. • Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and customer interviews to identify opportunities. • Define user personas and customer use cases to guide product development. • Develop and prioritize product features based on customer feedback and business value. • Own the product development lifecycle, including defining requirements and managing milestones. • Work closely with sales, marketing, and customer success teams to support go-to-market efforts. • Present product updates, roadmaps, and strategies to senior leadership and stakeholders.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field. • An MBA or advanced degree is a plus. • 3+ years of product management experience, preferably in SaaS or enterprise software. • Demonstrated experience conducting user research and translating customer needs into actionable requirements. • Experience in the low-code / no-code platform space or mobile engagement solutions preferred. • Familiarity with product development processes, APIs, and working with technical teams. • Strong track record of working effectively with cross-functional teams and influencing without direct authority. • Ability to interpret data and use insights to guide decision-making. • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with experience presenting to stakeholders and leadership. • Proficiency with tools like JIRA, Confluence, or similar platforms to track and manage product lifecycles. • Knowledge of AI and machine learning technologies and their application in enterprise solutions preferred. • Knowledge of user experience (UX) design principles and best practices preferred.
