Description
• Assist in maintaining and improving the backend infrastructure to ensure reliability, scalability, and security. • Contribute to Infrastructure-as-Code (IaC) practices using tools like Terraform or Ansible to automate infrastructure provisioning and scaling. • Help build and maintain monitoring systems to identify and resolve performance issues in real-time. • Participate in incident management and troubleshooting efforts to resolve system outages or performance degradations. • Work with senior engineers, development teams, and SREs to ensure system design meets reliability and scalability requirements. • Implement security best practices and ensure compliance with industry standards in infrastructure management. • Identify and implement ways to improve system reliability, performance, and efficiency.
Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field. • 2-4 years of experience in backend infrastructure engineering or related roles. • Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP). • Familiarity with containerization and orchestration tools (Docker, Kubernetes). • Experience with Infrastructure-as-Code (e.g., Terraform, Ansible). • Basic scripting skills (Python, Bash). • Understanding of monitoring and logging tools (e.g., Prometheus, Grafana, ELK Stack). • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. • Effective communication and teamwork abilities. • Ability to learn quickly and adapt to a dynamic environment.
