• We are in the process of staffing a Virtual Assistant where a client needs someone to handle the following responsibilities. • Manage Google Drive/Docs • Manage Helpscout (customer service email platform) • Manage and organize Kajabi (or similar CRM platform as they may be switching in the near future) • Manage Zapier • Manage a custom built backend site for our App (client will train them on this but they need someone comfortable learning new tech) • Manage Apple Connect (won't be doing any coding, strictly App store management) • Manage Google Play Console (won't be doing any coding, strictly Google Play store management) • Manage Test Flight (App testing)
• Experience in project management / customer service lead (a plus) • Detail oriented • Strong skills organizing data • Excellent communicator and ability to interact with customers • Tech savvy • Intuitively organized • Detail oriented • Self-starter • 20-25 hours per week (may increase depending on workload) • Eastern, Central, Mountain, or Pacific Time Zone
