Description

• About Us: MON Co. is a development studio and publisher at the intersection of gaming, entertainment, and blockchain technology. • Collaborate with lead designers and developers to understand the style and feel of the game, ensuring assets meet the required visual standards. • Research reference materials and resources needed to produce high-quality game assets and promotional designs. • Create concept sketches and illustrations that align with the overall visual style and direction of the game. • Develop promotional materials for game launches, including posters, packaging, digital assets for websites, social media, and other marketing materials. • Ensure the consistency and coherence of the visual style across game assets and promotional content. • Work alongside marketing teams to ensure promotional materials reflect the tone and branding of the game. • Maintain high-level skills in Photoshop and Illustrator to produce professional-level assets and designs. • Participate in creative brainstorming sessions, providing valuable input to enhance visual storytelling and marketing campaigns. • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, tools, and techniques to continuously improve design quality and efficiency.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of professional experience as a graphic designer or illustrator, with a focus on game assets or promotional materials. • Proficiency in Photoshop and Illustrator (high-level skills required). • Experience liaising with lead designers and developers to produce game assets and ensure visual style consistency. • Strong ability to research reference materials and gather resources to inform your creative work. • Experience in creating concept designs, promotional packages, posters, websites, and other marketing collateral for game launches. • Understanding of visual storytelling and the ability to adapt to different design styles as required. • A strong portfolio demonstrating your work on game assets, illustrations, and promotional materials.
