• Work under the guidance of the Finance Manager or Senior Analyst • Maintain finance transactions, data, systems and reporting • Ensure accurate reconciliation of General Ledger (GL) balances • Support preparation and submission of statutory and internal audit requirements • Drive the preparation of the Annual Budget for the plant • Oversee plant finance operations, ensuring compliance • Identify and implement process automation and efficiency enhancements
🎯 Requirements
• CA/CWA/MBA (Finance) • 2-6 years of relevant experience in plant finance, manufacturing finance, or related roles. • Proficiency in SAP (preferably FICO module). • Strong analytical skills in financial performance tracking and KPI analysis. • Advanced Excel skills and familiarity with financial modeling. • Experience in SOX, statutory audits, and financial control frameworks. • Strong understanding of plant operations and cost optimization. • Ability to leverage technology for process improvement and automation.
