• You will help define and design the strategic change management strategy that will deliver successful and sustainable outcomes. • Support projects that will change the rolling-out process, the organization, ways of working and/or system changes. • Provide change support for initiatives that will result in significant change in the company. • Help define and design the strategic change management strategy that will deliver successful and sustainable outcomes. • Use lessons learned from previous projects to improve future strategies. • Create change materials based on the change plan in partnership with project SMEs and HR and communication teams. • Provide support to build individual and organization change capability in initiative teams and with stakeholders and influence through ongoing partnership and active coaching. • Measure and monitor the ongoing effectiveness of change and transformation strategies.
• 3 + years of experience in corporate communications and training programs. • Strong ability to develop strategic messaging • Excellent writing, presentation, and stakeholder engagement skills. • Experience managing internal communication channels and campaigns. • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to manage ambiguity in complex environments. • Change management certification preferred.
