📋 Description
• Oversee the planning and execution of software and applications related to Order to Cash (OTC) and Sales Experience. • Manage an internal team and partner with external suppliers to find and deploy the right software and application solutions. • Support programs to implement regional and global software and application strategies.
🎯 Requirements
• Experience in large SAP ERP implementations across all SAP modules. • At least two full SAP implementation cycles, with at least one of them being in S4 HANA version in specific to SAP Conditional Contract Management - CCM. • Experience in collecting and optimizing abstract business requirements and translating them into WRICEF objects for development. • Experience with Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) and Robotic Process Automation (RPA). • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively with global teams. • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to evaluate information/data and make decisions effectively. • Fluency in English is a must, both conversational and effective communication. • Good overview knowledge of SAP ERP modules and architecture in ECC and S/4HANA. • Expert knowledge as Sales and Distributions and commercial modules such as SAP CCM, including pricing configurations, conditions contract, settlement management, commercial master data and analytics. • Knowledge of integration points and techniques between sales with other SAP components, such as finance and logistics, as well as 3rd party applications.
