Description

• Execute aspects of finance planning and performance management process and related financial decisions potentially including Annual Contract planning/forecasting • Support projects to improve efficiencies and improvements to ways of working • Ensure full compliance with our policies • Communicate analysis in a clear, succinct and persuasive manner • Contribute to a strong controls and compliance environment

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance or Business Administration required, CPA preferred • 3 or more years of finance experience is required • Experience with financial systems, particularly SAP a plus • Strong Excel skills and technical skills are required • Need to be able to handle/analyze large amounts of data • Adaptability – responds resourcefully to new demands and challenges • Strong analytical, critical thinking, listening and communication skills • Self-motivated, confident, results oriented, strong financial acumen • Ability to influence without authority, collaborate and interact with all levels • Strong ability to develop reporting packages in Power Point and Excel
