Description

• ATTN Newly Licensed Attorneys looking to practice your knowledge! • Negotiate and submit MoneySolver client tax resolutions. • Handle a pipeline of approx. 200+ tax resolution client cases. • Provide quality and compliance oversight as per best practices and Circular 230. • Display strong leadership skills in working with employees and clients.

Requirements

• Recent Licensed Attorney in good standing with the Bar of a US Jurisdiction. • Recent Enrolled Agent in good standing and authorized to practice with the Internal Revenue Service. • Recent Certified Public Accountant in good standing with a US Jurisdiction. • Some experience in tax resolution case management or equivalent. • Sharp critical thinking skills • Proficiency with the MS Office Applications • Ability to meet crucial deadlines. • Knowledge of IRS policies, processes, and procedures. • Understanding of the Internal Revenue Manual. • Leadership skills preferred. • Impeccable professional writing and grammar. • Commendable customer service skills. • Motivation to work with other tax professionals as a team on a regular basis.
