Description

• Maximize sales opportunities by working closely with sales and other departments • Identify and anticipate customer needs and goals for integrated brand engagement solutions • Close collaboration with the sales team to prepare and conduct successful prospect pitches • External product training for customers • Creation of high-quality documentation and tender specifications • Regular provision of critical key figures (activity reports, bid reviews, project forecasts, KPIs, deals won/lost) • Continuous exchange with support and product management teams on customer feedback • Quality interface to project and production teams to ensure optimal process

Requirements

• German language skills on native level and business fluent in English and Turkish • Successful experience in a similar role, ideally within the SaaS or tech space • Comprehensive knowledge of digital marketing as well as interest for the typography business • Outstanding analytical skills in the identification of customer needs and the anticipation of integrated solutions • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to convey complex issues clearly and concisely • Confident in engaging customer contact and presentation to groups • Communication and negotiation skills
