• Lead and manage the GTM Enablement Trainers, ensuring alignment with global sales enablement strategies. • Design and implement a comprehensive continuous learning program for sellers post-probationary and onboarding periods. • Collaborate with sales leadership to identify skill gaps and develop targeted enablement solutions. • Facilitate workshops, role-plays, and live coaching sessions to improve sales effectiveness and deal execution. • Establish metrics to measure the effectiveness of training programs and their impact on sales performance.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Education, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred. • 5+ years of experience in sales enablement, training and development, or sales leadership with a focus on continuous learning. • 10+ years of professional experience in a sales role or cross-functional role that supports the sales team. • Strong understanding of sales processes, methodologies, and tools. • Excellent communication, presentation, and facilitation skills. • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities. • Proficiency in using learning management systems (LMS) and other training technologies. • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. • Ability to travel up to 25% domestically and internationally.
