• The Brand Manager - Montu Brands plays a pivotal role in creating and executing the brand strategy for Montu Brands product portfolio. • Responsible for planning and delivery of marketing initiatives with a direct impact on growth. • Work with Senior Brand Manager to develop and deliver the Montu Brands product portfolio strategy. • Identify growth opportunities for Montu’s product portfolio. • Coordinate and deliver product launch training to sales and clinical teams. • End-to-end execution of multi-channel marketing campaigns including digital, print, webinar, podcast and events, targeting a clinical audience. • Manage all packaging briefs and development including QA. • Analyse campaign performance metrics and use data-driven insights to optimise brand strategy and drive continuous improvement.
• Bachelor's degree in Brand Management, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. • Minimum of 5 years experience as a product/brand manager, GP healthcare marketing experience essential. • Proven experience developing marketing plans that generate growth. • Proven expertise in crafting new brand identities, encompassing messaging and packaging development. • Experience developing and executing product launch strategies and campaigns. • Exceptional project management experience and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and deliver in a fast-paced dynamic work environment. • Experience developing marketing campaigns to a clinical audience with proven success. • Demonstrable ongoing professional development in the field of brand management including strong understanding of branding and marketing principles. • Strong understanding of a clinical audience and ensure campaigns effectively target and engage the intended audience. • High level verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills including evidence of building networks and collaborative working arrangements with diverse stakeholder groups. • Strong project management skills and ability to work with cross-functional teams and meet deadlines. • Established analytical and problem-solving skills including proven ability to analyse and understand complex information, business processes and concepts.
